Day 1: Bengaluru - Srirangapatna - Mysuru (160 Kms/4 Hrs Drive)

Upon arrival at Bengaluru (Bangalore) airport, you will be greeted by an Alkof Holidays representative who will transfer you to Mysore. En route, visit the Shri Ranganathaswamy Temple in Srirangapatna, known for its historical and architectural significance. Continue your journey to Mysore and check in at your hotel upon arrival. Enjoy a relaxing overnight stay in Mysore.

Day 2: Exploring Mysuru

After breakfast at the hotel, start your day with a visit to the Kesava Temple at Somnathpur, renowned for its exquisite Hoysala architecture. Next, head to Mysore Zoo, one of India's oldest and most celebrated zoological parks. Continue your exploration with a visit to the Mysore Palace to see the opulent Golden Throne in the Durbar Hall. Take a trip to Chamundi Hills to visit the Chamundeshwari Temple, and then admire the Gothic architecture of St. Philomena’s Church, one of the largest churches in India. In the evening, visit the Brindavan Gardens, a major attraction near Mysore. The highlight here is the musical fountain, where water jets are choreographed to music, creating a mesmerizing display. Day 3: Mysuru - Namdroling - Coorg (125 Kms/2.5 Hrs Drive)

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive towards Coorg. Along the way, stop at the Namdroling Monastery, also known as the Golden Temple. This Tibetan Buddhist monastery is the largest teaching center of the Nyingma lineage in the world and features stunning Tibetan art and serene surroundings. Later continue your drive towards Coorg, upon arrival check into your hotel. Later head-out for half day sightseeing of Coorg, Begin with a visit to Raja’s Seat, a picturesque garden with seasonal flowers and charming fountains, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Next, explore the Omkareshwara Temple, known for its unique blend of Islamic and Hindu architectural styles. Continue your tour with a visit to Madikeri Fort, a historical landmark, and then head to Mandalpatti for breathtaking panoramic views, also visit Raja’s Tomb and conclude your day with a visit to the cascading Abbey Falls. Day 4: At Coorg (Excursion trip to Dubare Elephant Camp)

After breakfast at the hotel, set out for an exciting excursion to Dubare Elephant Camp. This renowned camp is known for training elephants for the Mysore Dussehra celebrations. At Dubare Elephant Camp, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in various activities with these majestic animals. Participate in a memorable experience by giving the elephants a bath in the River Kaveri, a 45-minute activity where you can interact closely with the elephants. Additionally, a naturalist will provide insights into the history, ecology, and biology of elephants, enriching your understanding of these fascinating creatures. Return to your hotel in Coorg for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Coorg - Belur - Chikmagalur (150 Kms/4 Hrs Drive)

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Chikmagalur. En route, visit the 12th-century Chennakeshava Temple in Belur, celebrated for its exquisite Hoysala architecture and intricate carvings. Continue your drive to Chikmagalur, Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax. Overnight stay at the hotel in Chikmagalur.

Day 6: Exploring Chikmagalur

Start your day with a peaceful morning walk through Chikmagalur, taking in the scenic beauty and visiting the coffee estates where coffee was first cultivated in India. Return to the hotel for breakfast, then set out for a full day of sightseeing. Discover the stunning landscapes and fresh ambiance of Chikmagalur, known for its lush green coffee plantation hills, which makes it heaven for the travelers. Visit the enchanting Hebbe Waterfalls, nestled amidst coffee estates. Explore Baba Budangiri, a mountain range in the Western Ghats featuring three large caves considered sacred. Finally, visit the Annapoorneshwari Temple in Horanadu, dedicated to the goddess Annapoorneshwari (Annapoorna). Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Chikmagalur - Shravanbelagola - Bengaluru (250 Kms/5.5 Hrs) & Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive towards Bengaluru. On the way visit the Jain pilgrimage sites at Shravanbelagola, famous for its towering 17-meter high statue of Lord Gomateshvara. Following your visit, continue your journey to Bengaluru. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Bengaluru or directly to the Bengaluru airport/railway station, depending on your travel arrangements, for your onward journey.
