Terms and Conditions

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. Alkof Holidays (Last Updated: November 5, 2025).

Payments:

For all contracted services, an advance payment is required to secure the booking on a confirmed basis. The remaining balance can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but it must be settled before the commencement of the services. Management reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before the service begins.

Apart from the above, in some cases such as special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.

Mode of Payment:

Overseas advance payments can be made via wire transfer or credit/debit card to our bank.
