Day 1: Bangalore - Srirangapatna - Mysore (160 Kms/4 Hrs Drive)

On the first day of your Mysore Ooty and Coonoor tour, an Alkof Holidays representative will pick you up from your hotel in Bangalore or from Bangalore Airport. You will then be driven to Mysore (Mysuru), a city renowned for its rich cultural heritage, splendid palaces, and lush gardens. En route, stop at the Shri Ranganathaswamy Temple in Srirangapatna, a significant pilgrimage site known for its historical and architectural value. Afterward, continue your journey to Mysore. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax. In the evening, visit the Brindavan Gardens, a renowned attraction near Mysore. The highlight of the gardens is the musical fountain, where bursts of water are choreographed to popular music, creating a mesmerizing experience. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: At Mysore

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, begin your day with a visit to the Kesava Temple in Somnathpur, renowned for its exquisite Hoysala architecture. Next, explore the Mysore Zoo, one of India’s oldest and most popular zoos, home to a diverse range of wildlife. After breakfast at the hotel, an Alkof Holidays representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Bengaluru or directly to Bangalore Airport. From there, you can board your flight to your home or onward destination, depending on your departure plans.
