Day 2: Guwahati - Shillong (100 kms/2.30 hrs drive)

In the evening, visit the renowned Kamakhya Devi Temple, dedicated to the revered mother goddess Kamakhya. Situated on Nilachal Hill in the western part of Guwahati, this ancient temple is one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas. Day 8: Departure from Guwahati

Safari access to specific zones is subject to availability. To secure your preferred safari bookings in your desired zones, we recommend booking your tours at least 90 days in advance. To book your safari, we require a clear photo of the traveler's passport, as mandated by the forest department.
Once safaris are confirmed, the safari fees are non-refundable.
Please carry your original valid passport or ID proof to present at the entry gate for safaris.
Consider wearing light and breathable fabrics in neutral colors (avoiding bright colors) and layering for temperature changes. Opt for sturdy, comfortable walking shoes, and bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, and light snacks for the journey.

Transportation is provided according to the itinerary only and is not available on a disposal or point-to-point basis.
